This notice describes how the personal data of users who browse this website and interact with Future Farming Initiative S.r.l. is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The Data Controller is Future Farming Initiative S.r.l., registered office at Via Sile 6, 31056 Roncade (TV), Italy, VAT No. 05423160265.

Personal data processed

  • Identifying data: first name and surname.
  • Contact data: email address.
  • Navigation data: IP addresses, domain names, URIs of the requested resources, request timestamps.
  • Information provided voluntarily through the contact forms.

Users who provide the personal data of third parties become autonomous data controllers of that data and assume full responsibility towards the data subjects.

Purposes, legal bases and retention

a) Managing contact requests

Legal basis: art. 6.1 lett. b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Providing the data is optional; failure to provide it makes it impossible to follow up on the request. Data is retained for the time necessary to handle the request.

b) Improving the browsing experience

Legal basis: art. 6.1 lett. f) GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest).

c) Legal defence

Legal basis: art. 6.1 lett. f) GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest). Data is retained for 10 years.

Data recipients

Data may be shared with internet service providers and with the platforms used for internal organisation and communication, as well as with the competent authorities where required by law.

These parties act as autonomous controllers or as data processors, appointed pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR.

The data is accessed by internal staff authorised pursuant to art. 29 of the GDPR; the list of authorised persons is available on request by writing to privacy@zerofarms.it.

Processing methods

Processing is carried out using automated and/or manual IT and electronic tools, adopting security measures suitable to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.

Place of processing and transfers

Processing takes place at the Controller’s premises and on the website’s servers, located within the European Union. No transfers outside the EU are envisaged.

Any transfers would be carried out on the basis of adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

Rights of the data subject

At any time the data subject may exercise the rights provided for by artt. 15-21 of the GDPR by writing to privacy@f2initiative.eu:

  • confirmation as to whether processing is taking place;
  • access to their personal data;
  • rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • erasure of the data (where the conditions of art. 17.1 apply);
  • restriction of processing (art. 18);
  • data portability (art. 20);
  • objection to processing (art. 21);
  • withdrawal of consent given (art. 7).

Requests are answered within 30 days and free of charge. The right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR remains unaffected.

Changes to this notice

The Controller reserves the right to amend this notice; changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
